You're probably fine, but it's certainly worth having a health care professional check it. I'm assuming you used one of those machines where you stick your arm in and do it yourself? I'll bet if you had done it again you would have gotten a lower reading. The pulse rate of 93 makes me wonder if you'd just finished walking for a while, or been active in some other way.
If I recall correctly, 140 systolic is when doctors say that it's a little high, but again, I doubt that you have anything to be worried about.
