Just finished my semester

I finished my spring semester. It was one of my harder semesters having Chemistry and Accounting, haha, freshman Chemistry as a junior and I still got C, well whatever. My major, Nutrition, is where I got all my good grades, 3 nutrition classes, and 2 A's and a B plus.

Overall, i got...
A, A, B+, B, C, D+ (Accounting, ouch!)

Im not upset but these grades, but that one D is just a pain in the arse, having that 1.0 bringing my GPA down.

How did everyone else do? I know we have some university homies around here.

damn i wish i was finished. i got another 5weeks or so...but the weeks r going by fast ne ways, so it'll all b over soon .

my marks should b as follows
(4 different courses, overall marks i should get)
HD, HD, C, D

HD = High Distinction 85%+

D = Distinction: 75-84%

C = Credit: 65-74%

my course which i think ill get a C in is this damn stupid 'contemporary art' class....grrrrr, i hate it. lol

You need to get those Cs and Ds up man. At my school I would have been tossed out for a semester like that (tossed out of the business school, not the college)

My finals are next week. I have two projects to complete which I called off work today to do and two exams to take.

With consulting the teachers, only one class I have to get an A on the exam to get the A in the class so i'm preparing myself for that. The rest seems like solid A's. So i'll be on the Dean's List again hopefully.

i have all of my final exams this upcoming week. My two hardest on the same day

i'm a little worried because i won't be able to study this weekend because of work so i'm studying hard this week (no classes)

looking back at the semester, i can say that i should be able to pull out straight A's but it won't happen. this semester has been the most painful becuase of my design class that i ended up doing all of the group work- i got put in the dumbest and laziest group ever.

i'm hoping to make a 3.4, dean's list, but i could have easily pulled out a 3.8 this semester- chancellor's list

Stay up on the weekend and study after work. Group work is horrible, I always get paired up with the numbnuts of the classes. My last semester we had a group of 4, everyone did all 4 essays talked about it, then each person did 1 essay and put it together with the group submission. Well this one girl emails me and she is like, hey I did my question I just wanted to see what you got for the same question, can you send it to me? Well apparently she took what another girl wrote and tried to pass it off as her own. Even pass it off to the girl who wrote it. I stayed out of it but they went and told the teacher and she walked out of class and never came back.

My prediction would be B (sex n relationship never came to class so my attendance gonna kill me) , B (behavior problems in adolescence, screwed up on one of the paper), A (Psych Research method, cake class), A (Health in society), B in biology of perception screwed around for the first two tests and I don't think I can bring it up to an A although I got 100% on my 3rd test.

Bs don't bother me no more, it used to, but now I realize they're only grades as long as I understand the material and can apply it.

the funny thing is my professor and the whole class knows my group members didn't do anything. They absolutely sucked at the presentations and Q&A sessions.

This explains why i've been out of the gym so much this semester. I've been doing the work of three people. My class was working on proposing a large scale aquarium. I ended up doing the cost estimation and economic analysis for the project myself. My group members had no clue on how to do it. When i needed sources- i got websites. What the hell am i'm going to do with a website? - Look it up for you?

Nope- sounds a lot like my school. Either way, my POV has always been that if you can get an A in any college course, you can get an A in all your courses. Its all in how you prepare, take notes and study.

i have 2 finals next week overall my first year in college sucked ass

1st semester i did well but got one D that brought my GPA down to a 2.3

2nd semester i was taking 12 credits but dropped one class only 6 of the 9 i have left actually transfer to a 4 year college so i have haul ass in summer school to catch up........

i have my exams next week. i took 6 classes this semester, and 6 classes last fall. i had to in order to graduate on time.

graduating may 12 with a bachelors in business management and minor in finance. i had to overload myself these last two semesters and last summer just so i could keep myself on the 4-year plan.

im not too excited about graduating though. why? because on june 4th im off to USMC boot camp! oorah! i want to be a Marine more than anything.

damn, every1 here is getting so many good marks. lol. my philosophy department (the major im doing) is shrinking, and i keep having to go 'outside' of my department and find out subjects to do so i can finish . its really annoying, cause im normally around the top5 of my philosophy classes .
