I think the song by Coldplay called "The Scientist" is terribly depressing..

Never heard that Blink182 song though...I don't really plan on it though. I like being happy lol

Another Lonely Day (acoustic) by Ben Harper and Pearl Jam is pretty depressing. I found it on limewire search for acoustic Pearl Jam stuff... and I actually don't think Pearl Jam is actually in on the song now that I think about it... maybe it was only put there to get downloads.

Miss Misery by Elliot Smith is another depressing song.

Pink Floyd - Time

If you're too young you won't really appreciate it, but as I get older, the song makes more and more sense.

A Perfect Cirlce - 3 Libras

I may have misinterpreted the song as it seems to express a real tragedy in my life, but when you read the lyrics, assume they're written by a child to their terminally ill parent who no longer remembers them, but the child tries in vain to make some connection.

Alternatively, it looks to be about a guy trying to connect w/ a damaged drama queen.
