Default Damn, I might have a Hernia
Went to ready care today to have it looked at and they dont know sh!t! Anyhow, theyre making me an appt with a surgeon/specialist on Monday so we can find out for sure. Said it could be a hernia or swollen lymph node or maybe a ligament strain but somethings definetly going on. FVCK!

Its weird, most ppl that have a hernia say they can poke it back in but this is more of a hard lump with nothing to push.

What does a hernia feel like? I hope i dont get one, that is one of my fears, getting a hernia, not sure why, but it freaks me out.

I wouldn't have an idea if this is what it is, but JAMIE said it was like getting f*cked in the @ss. I have no clue how he knows these things.

Mitch PMd me and said "I have these weird blisters at the base of my sausage. They look like big zits and it hurts when I pee."

Again, that's a weird description of a hernia. Some people don't even feel the pain. My client that had the double had no idea until he looked down and saw his guts hanging out.

I had an inquinal hernia back in '92 repaired. It felt like a small bump, almond sized, that would poke out when contracted my abs. I would never have thought about it until someone I knew had hernia surgery. Operation was done Outpatient in less then 4 hours. I was told not to lift anything heavier then a gallon of milk for 8 days. Pain was not significant though they did give me Tylenol 3 w/ codene ! I only took 3 of them.
