Default Van Halen BACK - w/Roth!

Tour kicks off in Vegas in April. I'll be in Vegas is April, but not on the right dates - too bad.

I hope they come to Tampa during the summer - I'll catch them then. Time to break out the stone washed jeans! lol.

It was only a matter of time i suppose! There's a load of 80s reunions going on at the moment. I wonder if he's gonna need a hip replacement if he tries some of them high kicks of his. And i hope for all of our sakes that he's retired his spandex! It'd be worth going to see them just to watch Eddie play!

Yeah - I hear you on his hair.....

Heck, Vince Neil was able to make the comeback tour w/Crue work out, so I'm hoping that DLR realizes what a gold mine this could be for him. He really hasn't accomplished crap in nearly two decades since being ejected from the band in favor of the Van Hagar switch. (which by the way also rocked....I'm a big fan of Hagar)

Gee who's next? Cinderella? White Lion? Triumph? Judas Priest?

been done in 1996, Eddie Van Halen said roth was rude to him and stuff, I would love to see Van Halen back producing great music again though

Judas Priest have already made a comeback! I saw them 2 years ago and they totally rocked! They had a great new album out too called Angel Of Retribution.

Howardalex i'm loving your avatar, Slayer are one of my all-time favourite bands!

But they never actually finished an album or tour that time did they? I know EVH and DLR aren't chummy - but neither is making anything other than royality money right now. Surely they realise that a 30 city tour will make millions for all of them this summer.

I'd like a Warrant tour of the UK

Also my friend said that RATM have reformed, playing at a summer festival?!

Sorry if they're a bit modern for you oldies

edit: are slayer still going? Latest one I have is that 'god hates us all' album. Haha such a subtle band.

Did you mean RATT?

Thats cool.

Heck - nothing would be better than seeing Guns n Roses reform. They'd have to dig Axl out of that hole he's been living in for the last decade.....like some paranoid schitzo..

Lol. Cinderalla's been on tour for the last 10 years. Saw em last summer at a festival. Keifers voice gave out bout halfway thru the show. White lion will never reunite, Triumph is planning a renuion tour, and Judas priest, well they never really went away.

As for the van halen thing, im happy. Im not holding my breath though as they tried this before and egos clashed and ruined the whole thing. David is a weird dude and so is eddie for that matter. both very eccentric so i can see how they might not mesh. I love DLR Van Halen and really dont care for Sam Halen at all. Like Sammy on his own, just think he ruined one of my favorite bands.

Yeah and we can really get some speed up in our wheelchairs when we're stage diving!
But when we head bang our teeth come flying out!

So i was poking around and couldnt find anything official to substantiate this. Its still just talk as of right now. Also, Micahael Anthony is not with the band but rather Eddes 15 year old son, Wolfgang, is playing bass. Bogus.
