Blood taken out of arm....

Ok so last friday i got blood drawn out of my right arm you'd think no biggie arm hurts for a few days then its done well....its been 5 days and it still hurts not only that theirs a 2 inch bruise from the injection spot going up and down from the inside forearm and hurts if i extend it for to long or if i try to flex it....have you guys ever had this problem??? ****ing sucks i won't be able to deadlift all out or do my arms today

Yeah.

Sounds like you may have flexxed your muscle when they was drawing blood. Doing so will cause the things you mentioned. Sore for a week tho, that don't sound right.

nah i wasn't flexing though the next day i had a basketball game....then Monday i started lifting again.

took a ibuprofen earlier I'll see how it is tomorrow and hopefully it won't hurt as much

When I got blood drawn they said no lifting anything for like 3 hours. So playing b-ball the next day shouldn't be a factor.

if u apply too much pressure to the pin hole after it can do that..happened to me once...i also lifted after drawing once and blood kept coming out of the ole
