Default Pats vs Colts

This game is the Superbowl IMO, the winner of this i believe will win it all. Let's hear the predictions.... I think Manning finally gets his shot at the super bowl. If the game were in NE i wouldnt be too confident but since Indy is at home I think that makes all the difference. If Indy shuts down Maroney and Dillon, like the did LJ and Jamal, NE will be in for a long game. Im picking Indy by 10! 26-16... I think Indy/NO will be the most entertaining matchup and has the potential to be a classic much like Giants/Bills or Denver/GB. Chicago/NE I believe will be an absolute snore fest much like NE/Philly or Den/Atlanta were. anyway, I know i'm going to get a lot of grief for this pick from the manning bashers out there lol, but dont forget and correct if i'm wrong but i believe Mitch and I were the only ones on this board to pick NE to beat SD (not that that matters im just beating my chest a little).... lol

I personally would NEVER bet against the Patriots. I pick them to win the Super Bowl this year.

I'm going with the Colts. They have beaten the Patriots the last couple times they played them, including earlier this year at Gillette Stadium. Granted the Patriots are tougher in the playoffs but with Bob Sanders back in the line-up and the game played in Indy I'm looking for Manning to finally get past his nemisis.

I am going with the Pats on this one. Brady just finds a way to win, esp. in the playoffs. It will def. be the game of the year

Both these playoff games will be exciting. The Bears and Saints, Indy and NE. Just wow, alot of excitement right there.

Truthfully my prediction for SB is; NE and Chicago.

My predictons:

Bears vs Saints- Grossman self destructs and throws 3 or 4 pics. Saints win handily, 35-14

Colts vs Pats- The colts are playing the best football at the present moment of any NFL team. Manning picks apart the pats secondary for 4 tds. Colts win 31-21

Superbowl:

Colts vs Saints- High scoring affair, colts come out on top 35-28.

I see NE beating the Colts again this weekend. SD is a better team than Indy on both sides of the ball and they weren't able to pull off a win (tho I blame their coaching for that more than anything). I see Brady & Co denying Manning a Superbowl once again, because that's their role in the playoffs it seems.

NO/Bears... I'm going with the Bears. Rex always plays up against better teams, so he'll do OK, and you're taking an indoor, warm weather, turf team to an outdoor, below freezing, grass field (and new grass on top of it all).

Superbowl, NE wins. As much as I hate those pretentious bastards.

Yes, with the Saints, they are a dome team and this game is in Chicago, outside, cold and real grass. Gonna be a big plus to Chicago.

good post. i was beginning to think i was the only one who realized how important Bob Sanders is to the indy D.. look at their stats with him in the lineup and without him in the lineup. remarkable what a difference he makes

As expected, Pats are destroying the Colts. Will be interesting to see what happens in the 2nd half. Looks like the Colts have already given up.
