Ok so my girlfriend was being stupid while i was on the phone last night and decided to give me a massive hicky on my neck. I was just wondering if there was anything to do to make it go away? Lol

I suggest you change your lifting routine. because if you can't keep your girl off of you, while you are talking on the phone, you are really weak and need to change your lifting & diet. Also, enroll her in some "grow up woman" classes.
