Default Feelin depressed

Ok, so I havent worked out in over a month now thanks to my rib.

I feel liek **** since my only real hobby is on hold right now.

I feel im getting weaker and uglier.

I hate this.

But I cant wait to go back to the gym, im gonna spend 2 months on smoe more strength/mass training, then im going for my first ever cut! which im fukin excited about since I know this body science stuff works and as long as I follow the rules Ill be able to play around with the shape of my body.

Man.. this whole working out scene is fukin sick... too bad my friend has a nasty army punch.

Take the time you normally would have slotted for lifting and use it to critique your diet, learn more about fitness, etc etc. There is always more to learn. Plan out your next cut, something bro.

i know how you feel. i tore my rotator cuff, had athroscopic surgery and i've been out 3 months now. i cant wait to get back. i have been pretty good with my diet but i didnt stay really strict because i wasn't as motivated because i wasnt working out. ive definetly lost some strength and muscle tone. the doctor just today cleared me for "very light weight training". my target date is feb 1 to go back to my regular workout routine. i am going to start getting strict with my diet and running tomorrow along with the light weights until then. i am hoping i will be back to were i was by april 1. that is 2 months after i start back up. i am just happy to get back i am going nuts not being able to hit the gym... good luck man..

Hang in there bro. Things will get back to normal soon enough.

Its tough luck like this that makes us(you) appreciate our time in the gym even more.

Just make sure you take the time to heal properly.

Hey, most of us have been there. Awful times.

Just remember, your job now is to get better. Cardio, light weights, just do what you can to remain active. Keep a good diet, comfort food and alcohol is death on your body with apathy.

Don't have delusions, you are going to be weak in the gym at the start. Take it light, and don't go crazy.

DO NOT RE-INJURE YOU'RE RIB!!!

Also, don't try too much too soon and risk re-injuring yourself. Feel better.
