I dont see it and the thing that pisses me off, is that it is your property! F them. I'd tell them to f off and use some other words too. If they want a tree, then they can pay someone to put one in for you...you pay your property taxes. Grrrr, that pisses me off kt!

I would make you plant 2 trees, 1 outside your house and 1 inside your house.

Now you know why hate deed restricted communities, homeowners associations, etc.

My advice is to plant the friggin thing as far away as possible, as close to some utility box/pole as you can get. Make it a God Damn nuisance for everyone involved and when people B!tch, tell them you were ordered to plant a tree, and smile.

plant the tree, then have it fall on your house and sue there ass. or something like that.

listening to your whole situation makes my blood boil, plant a very small tree but keep poisoning the thing so it dies, then just say it died, not my fault.

Know what, I do feel lucky at the begining of each season. But a person can only consumer so much OJ, or even grapefruit for that matter. I dont feel so lucky, however when there's 50-60 grapefruit on the ground casue we couldn't stomach much more. And the thing is, its not like in canada, people around here have an abundance so I cant give them away.
