Well woke up Monday feeling a little dizzy..
Tuesday was on my azz in bed sweating like a pig...
Wednesday my temp was hovering around 101....
Today, nauseous and slightly dizzy with chills.....

So much for the effectiveness of the Flu shot. Guess I cause something outside of the 5 it protects you from, just my luck.

Just wanted to ***** since I am missing out a whole week of lifting and had to put off my Lipoderm, cap, clen mixture.

Feel better.. Drinks lots of fluids and get tons of vitamin C.. You just reminded me, I forgot to go get my shot!!!

i was meant to be strting a new routine this monday but got a dam injury on my ankle, and it was leg day , so coudnt go gym, then by wednesday i catch a dam cold tht just hts me like a pucnh to the face, felt so fuked i just wanted to get knocked out till it went. so i shud be all well by staurday, but so much for a new routine,
