what soap/facewash do you guys use?

i have been gettin some acne lately (as i have mentioned in other threads). i am looking to switch my soap, what do you guys use?

Spectro Gel or an other one but don't remember it's name... It's something that has kind of sand to scrub the face in it?

in the field I use good old fashioned cammo cream


at home at night I wash with hot water, then use a "witch" facial scrub, then wash off with hot water, then cold water, then hot water again, apply benzyl peroxide

at home in the morning I do the same except instead of the benzyl peroxide I use a "normandie moisture surge" moisturiser...grapefruit and mandarin smell

My girlfriend went to a spa here in Vegas, they told her that the generic CVS brand facewash was the best.

We bought it, it works well. Since it's so harsh though, you have to rinse afterwards with cold water to close your pores. It really strips your face.

Then, since it's so harsh, we use Dove moistureizer.

I use good ole Zest bar soap, because Zest makes you fully clean and your not fully clean unless you're Zest fully clean

That's what my doc recommended too, told me to use something mild, like dove.

I warsh my arse and face with the same bar of soap. Haven't used shampoo since 1998 (buuz the head).

A face 'scrub' is for girly men.

Lets try not to turn this into a "man" debate.

Chances are if you say that, you don't have/never had acne. On top of that, if you do have it, you're probably dating a fat cow of a woman who doesn't give a damn about your pepperoni face because you cook for her, and pay for her bastard child's school clothes.

I, on the other hand, see it like this. I date a hawaiian goddess. I want her to put a lot into her looks because I like her being as beautiful as she can be. That's why I don't b!tch when she drops hundreds on MAC makeup, gets her hair done, nails, etc. Now, if I am to expect her to care about the way she looks, then why would I shortchange her and not give a damn about myself?
