oh hang on in that case I've voted wrongly! I thought he was somehow connected to rainbow (ie the one with zippy, bungle etc) and I voted for that 'cos it'll kick star trek's arse any day!

Ahh it's a UK thing. No wonder I didn't know. Reading rainbow was a favorite show of my childhood times and I would call Levar Burton a childhood hero of mine.
