Dont get caught up in weather or not you have a slight bit of fat, otherwise your progress in gaining muscle mass will be hindered, to create muscle you have to put on abit of fat, they go hand in hand Unfortunately .

That with other people lasts. Sometimes bowls can last up to 2 hours. THe average is about 30 min tho
