I was ripped off from this compani.I ordered some supplement's on 9-8 and it's 11-2 and they still haven't refunded me.They couldn't get what I ordered and wouldn't return emails.When the finally did they told me to call the next day for a refund.Well a month later they still don't answer their phone.So beware of masterpiecefitness.com I'm out $80 now.They should be shut down.Not a good way to do business.

Speak with your Credit card company about a chargeback. I assume you paid with a debit/credit card?

Bummer, same thing happened to my freind. I cant remeber the name of the place, but its been about 5 months.. Hes still calling and trying to get his 170$ return. I think the place is called "Gymcore". Watch out guys.

There's no supp site at masterpiecefitness.com - They must've taken it down - I don't think you'll be seeing your money back from them in a hurry, take it as a lesson learned the hard way.

Heres the link I have http://www.masterpiecefitnesssupplements.com/ I think I'm pretty much screwed.I filed a complaint with Visa.I used my debit card.They credited me my money back for a little bit,but tonight I saw they took it back.I guess since they couldn't get ahold of masterpiece.It sux companies do this kind of stuff.

You should of explained to your credit card company what happened. Then put in a dispute of charges. Then after a certain period of time if there are no objections from the company that charged the card, the money is refunded. I have had to do that before.
