trick or treat let down!

Halloween was non eventful here too. We live on a dead end street with no homes on the other side, so no one wants to come this way it's sorta a waist for them. I bought some butterfinger to give out but I only have like four groups of kids come to my door.

I gave the rest to out 17 year old this morning "get it outta here" He looked like it was christmas. To a kid that age thats lunch for a week lol

I didn't eat one...im so proud. I really like butterfinger.

Kids get all dressed up and we head around the neighborhood...wth is going on in the world? No one has their lights on and the one's that do are few and far between. There are tons of kids in our neighborhood too...the culprit is "trunk or treat". I did have a moment with one of my neighbors...my son went and knocked, "trick or treat"...his reply, "we don't have any candy". I questioned, "you don't have any candy?" I was probably snooty sounding, but i was irritated. Then he said, "our front porch light is off" and I said, "but your garage is open with the light on and you have a lit pumpkin on your porch". I wanted to tell that fvcker more about what I had on my mind, but I must keep in good with neighbors. I wanted to tell him to get some candy and hand it out...and he should probably worry more about his 6 year old still pooping in his pants than rewarding the dumb kid with trunk-or-treat...but I held back.

Trunk-or-treat...you suck...you have turned halloween into a parking lot and taken away the fun of halloween...like the possibility of tainted candy. Damn you trunk or treat.

that sucks Hanna...I would have said gimme some candy now or I'm calling the cops...lol..it should be a law...

I feel bad this year cause i ran out of candy... I think I ate too dam much..LOL but we did have at least 200 kids..

We had a good time taking our niece out lastnight. I will post some pics of her when I get the camera back from my wife.

My daughter almost didn't get any candy from this one house here's what happened.. this was actually funny...

This house was very nicely decorated for Halloween, they had a coffin outside the house with this scarecrow sitting in it, etc...., so my daughter(8 years) was amazed about how kewl it was. So she begins to touch it's leg and then its arm and then she began to touch its face... when all of sudden this guy ( the scarecrow started moving and said booooo... I never seen my daughter so scared... she started yelling at the top of her lungs and ran off.... lmao

The people at this house including the Scarecrow couldn't stop laughing.. including the neighbours... so I told my daughter that it was okay and that she can go at the door.She had her doubts, but ended up going back. You just had to be there.. lol!!

But, no one got their house egged or anything this year. People where pretty generous this year. My kids ended up picking up a full garbage bag full.
So they did good.
