Default AOL Problem

When I try and log into thefitnesshub to check some details, I enter my details and click the submit button only to to have my details requested again. It doesnt seem to store them.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Cheers

I have Firefox as well but Fitness hub only supports IE 5+.

Hopefully Hannaic will know.

Are you having the problem right then or when you come back at a later time?

AOL uses dynamic IP addresses, so each time you log on it changes...most likely fitness hub can't remember you because your IP address is different the next day or next session you open with AOL...this is probably the reason you are having the problem.

Edit:
Actually that was somewhat misinformation . AOL does use dynamic IP address, but the IP address changes with every page view, not just every time you log on. If you connect via AOL, try using IE Explorer....not the one embedded in AOL and see if that works.

Right there and then. When I enter the info and press the button it just pops back up blank.

I did some more research and found that AOL does use dynamic IP address, but the IP address changes with every page view, not just every time you log on. So you click submit, goes to a diff page and your IP address just changed...info is lost...at least this is what I think is happening.

If you connect via AOL, try using IE Explorer to get the info in fitnesshub....not the one embedded in AOL and see if that works.
