Who relates to this? I used to get mistaken for a fitness competitor because I was in awesome shape for 7 years. The catch? Prohormones, ephedra and unemployment. Now I have a job, less gym time and my stack's banned. I am depressed because my once awesome physique is gone. I still look nice, but not looking super is mentally agonizing because I once looked awesome. Has anyone else experienced this?T

Yes, I had an awesome physique then became lazy and lost it. Took about 5 months to get it back after 3 years off and getting fat. I was drinking 6-8 liters of Coke a week. Look at your diet first. I actually eat more then I did, just not junk foods, and no soda anymore.
You can get back in shape without anything more then a multivitamin and maybe some protein drinks pre and post workout. The biggest pita is eating every 2-3 hours, once you get that down it's easy to look good again.

i was around 235lbs and pretty big, lost all motivation to train one day and i got lazy so i went down to around 170lbs in under 2 years... that sucked.
back in training though at 217lbs, best way to do things is to beat your previous best. Get your ass in gear, you'll find the motivation if you really want something again

My diet's always been good, but at night I let the day's stress get to me and 'treat' myself to soething sweet like yogurt or Tasti-D-Lite treats. Oh, and the gym is a few feet away.
