Stuck!!

i am so annoyed, i have just strted college, i live in uk and i am 16.
and it sucks, i dont know what i was thinking, i chose to do national diploma in sport, but now i have realised tht with those qualifictaions i am gonna have to get a job in sport and i dont want that any more, i want my hobbie as my hobbie not my career, i am thinking of quiting cos i shoudnt spend 2 yrs doing somet i wont use, and its so hard,
i am up at 6 am, catch first bus at 7 am, then second at 8 am, there at 9am, then school bus dont leave till 5 pm, and i dnt get home till 6 or 7 pm , i cant workout and i cant get much food, its so annoying

i went to work this weekend, stacking shelves and i found it so easy, i am thinking of taking a year out and working, then doing college in a year, and locally on diff course.

i hate this feeling i have!

i hate to c ppl doing something they don't want to do. like all the ppl at uni not really knowing what they want, just doing the course cause of the $$$ and the lifestyle of a uni student. do something u want to do, and it will be rewarding.

dude which college are you at? blackburn?

I reckon a year out could be good for you, how did you do in your GCSEs?

i am at myerscough college, i got 1 b, 7 c's, 1 D and 1 F in gcse's, so there not too bad. i would rather get into business or something, at a desk were i can sit down on my own and get on with work, i work best alone and i dont mind working with people but best alone. i am shure i am going to quit, going to do this week then quit, then atleast i can say i gave it ago.

have you thought about doing a levels? maybe business studies, economics and something else, could be what you're after, have a look and see if you can transfer onto anything this year, it shouldn't be too late

i think i wanna give it a year, do it properly, choose good course with no hassle to join quick, which is what i did before and is why i am typing.

i am certain i am goin to quit, even if it gets better i have realised i am on the wrong course.

well in that case do it asap, leave on good terms ('cos you may need to get onto another course there) and get as many hours in as you can at work

In my opinion, take time off to work somewhere, workout and just do what you want to do for NOW.

You're only 16 you go time. Save up buy and buy a car or somehting.
