I'll get right to the point.I want to apologize to everybody here for post whoring a week ago which resulted in my ban.
I still dont know why i made a ass of my self and fully deserved the ban.

If anything i'm greatfull that it was temporary rather then permanent.Why i did it?Belive me thats the same question i'm asking myself ever since i messed up.I have nothing else to say right now except that i'm so sorry for my actions.

Hei welcome back .Great to have you back and guess who it is?Its me Paul When i joined the forums i found out that your banned .Where have you been?You werent in the gym either for the past couple of days?
