In light of the post made by PJ here: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...652#post504652 I've implemented some neat changes.

the clean up thread above will continue here.

I have, come up with, and also just implemented a nice solution to all this non sense posts etc, that has many members peeved.

I've created a new user class named "BB4U Troll", users in this group will have the title "BB4U Troll - Ignore Me" under theri user names. See how it looks in this test thread: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...651#post504651

The following applies to Troll Users:

- only able to view all forums and sub forums
- unable to post or reply to any threads in any forum or sub forum
- only able to make posts in the "DUMP" section (LOL) and will be unable to edit/delete their own posts.
- should any member be deemed as a "Troll", they will be moved to this exclusive club!
- first offense will be temporary, length is determined by myself and the mods. further offenses will be made permanent (with perhaps some exceptions, ie. i'm in a good mood.)

So basically, if you're a troll, you'll end up here. You can only view threads, and unable to post anything except in the dump section. No one will be placed in here while I know a few deservedly should be here. But sure enough, i'm sure a few will eventually find themselves in here.

If you feel, within reason, that a particular member belongs in this exclusive club, please PM me or one of our mods, with references supporting your claim, and we will evaluate each. As this is just newly implemented, DO NOT find posts made before this date, but only posts/threads made after this date. thanks.

we ban all secondary duplicate ID's. (Union ID was banned a while back). If we believe that 2 accounts of from same person, the account with less posts is banned.

When one of the mods finds that a user has more than one ID and bring it to Jim's attention it often results in an IP ban (which only Jim can do). Basically by that point 'enough is enough'.

If you suspect someone has more than one ID you can always PM Jim or the mods or hit that red post warning and leave us a note that way.

I hate IP banning. I wish we could ban ISPs sometimes. IP bans only seem to work on routers, 56k folk or tech savvy trolls can easily switch IPs, 56k are normally dynamic.

dog, why don't you just put him on your ignore list?
