Thou Shalt post videos of thou lifts if thou would like to comment on thy lift numbers. 6. Thou Shalt post Clear pics of Decent poses if thy wants fair comments. 7. Thou Shalt not Bullsh!t. 8. Thou Shalt treat thy members with respect. 9. Thou Shalt search for info before seeking answers from others. 10. Thou Shalt be banished from thy gates if thy goes against any commandments.

I think I'm an exception to rule no. 5 'cos no-one'd ever bullsh1t about my lifts
