Weight 315lb Neck = 21in Around Shoulders = 66 1/2in Chest = 56in Arms = 21 1/2in Forearms= 16in Thighs = 35in Calves = 21 1/2in Had trouble measuring around my shoulders as the tape only goes upto 60in, if you have the same problem tape 2 tape measures together and add the extra numbers with the 60in. |

Weight 153 lb Neck 14.5" Around shoulders 45.5" Chest 38" Arms 12" Forearms Right: 11" Left: 10.5" Thighs 20" Calves 14.5" I haven't started lifting yet. I will after I read my book, create a plan, and figure out what im gonna eat all measurements are with my body relaxed. nice stats jim, im trying to imagine myself being your size (we close to same height )

Weight- Not sure around late 180/ low 190s Neck not sure something small Around shoulders: happened to measure this the other day 54 inches Goal I have a narrow bone structure so my anterior delts pretty much hide when I'm relaxed, I hope to bring out this delt head a bit more Chest: Haven't measured chest for a while, I think it was 44 inches last time I checked, my chest does SUCK though Goal build a better looking chest- time frame not set for this Arms: measured recently nearly 16.5 inches Goal 17 inches by the end of the year Forearms: when last measured about 13 inches- naturally small forearms Thighs: 23.5 inches lol- I didnt start training my legs till about a month and a half ago I know big noob mistake that I severly regret now Goal to add an inch or two by the end of the year Calfs: 16 inches
