Another Update for me. Turned out kind of weird. I have not been working legs in the past 2 weeks because of my knee so so they are down 1/2", yet my calves are up nearly 3/4". Weight was as of this morning. I had a workout about 3 hours ago so I'm assuming any pump would have worn off by now.
I wanna weigh 185 by Christmas time, even if I'm carrying a bit more fat than normal. I'm fairly lean now, I would estimate 11-14%bf. Aug. 12.............Aug. 30............Sept 26 Height = 5ft 10 1/2in.......same................same Weight 168lb................172lbs..............176lbs Neck = 16in relaxed........ same...............same Shoulders = 48 1/4in............48 1/2in............49.5in Chest = 40 3/4in............42in..................43in Arms = 13 3/4in............14in..................14 1/4in Forearms= 11 1/2in............same.................same Thighs = 22in.................23in...................22.5in Calves = 14in.................14 1/8in..............14 3/4in

Height : 183 cm ( 6 feet) Weight : 145 kilo's ( 320 pounds) Neck : 47.00cm ( 18.5 inches) Shoulders : 147.00cm ( 57 inches ) Chest : 125.00cm ( 49 inches ) Thigh : 90.00cm ( 35 inches) Calf : 54.00cm ( 21 inches ) Forearm : 37.00cm ( 14 inches ) Arm : 50.00cm ( 19 inches) (update: I was measuring my arm unflexed hanging at the side. After Powrjim and Traps told me to measure in a flexed bicep postion, turns out my arms are 21 inches.)
