Yaouch!

I have dropped weight on my face once but it was after pushing too much...

I was in incline dumbbell press and my spotter was spotting me by my elbow, on my way up I was completly dead, my right arm left strenght and my elbow let the 90pounds on my right cheeck...

I was really confused after that... Didn't feel it for about 15-20 minute...

I never even bother to answer my phone when lifting unless its my mom or my girlfriend.. Both of which would get mad ahahhaha but i least have the brain to PUT THE WEIGHTS DOWN! lol
