Wink Tip for the Ladies... Plumper Lips
I got this lip plumper cream from Peter Thomas Roth... Boy it made my lips even fuller..... and they feel so tingly. It has mango and shea butter. I picked it up at bath and bodyworks. You girls should try it!!!

Hey FM.
No, its a ointment.. I put it on my lips, added a bit of lip foundation and then my lip gloss....

The ointment actually helps moisturize and help with dry chapped lips...

its great!!!!
