I'm moving out after my two mates are going their seperate ways... b*astards...
Now looking at renting a room lol. average 3 bedroom house price is around 250,000 = $475,000 The property market is booming and many people cannot afford the deposits required to buy. put down the deposit, i'm the proud tenant of a box room lmao. The house is on the small side (brits will know and understand the term box rooms). No room for a PC in the bedroom so access here will be restricted to my skiving at work

There are heaps of places in the UK being rented by groups of Kiwis, Aussies & South Africans (especially in London)........ not a lot of healthy living going on (booze, broads, drugs, sleep deprivation, poor diet....etc. etc.). I remember polishing off 20 bags of pork scratchings in a day while on a bender once ....... those were the days...  .

i've got two floors on my current bedroom and i have so much crap that will not fit in the new place!
My pc will be stored at my dads along with the bed, weights, tv, playstation! its going to be a temporary solution as there is feck all available on monday

the woman i'll be living with is quite a looker, could be interesting as my room is by the shower
her boyfriend made a point of being there when i saw the house. Freakily small world as we belong to the same gym and train in taekwondo! he is taught by one of my master's students in a different club.
