where to meet chicks..
hey all,
again it is I. I am 23 and out of college... I have a lot of guy friends that are still in college but I am sick of the same old get drunk and scream scene.. . where do you guys go to meet chicks??? I am recently single(this week) and really need to meet some..

I guess a concert woudn't be bad... It is just tough .. the last girl i dated was 29 and had a bunch of money so we hung out on lake lanier and her friends were older it was much more fun than the college crap. Now going back to my friends seems boring and I need to make some new friends both guys and girls and just don't know how without the school.

i think concerts would be a great place to meet girls...they are a very relaxed and open environment (hopefully not too open) plus u already have something to talk about:the music girls are everywhere and meeting a girl can happen at anytime just dont turn down an oppurtunity to do something where there will be new girls u could meet (gettin drunk with your friends) u never kno there might be a girl there in a very similar position as you good luck my friend!

I dont think you need to go out looking for chicks, women are everywhere. If youre worried about maturity level, then get involved in activities you enjoy that attract a mature crowd, there should be women involved.

Moved this as its hardly a serious topic/debate question
  I go out with friends and have a laugh, if a girl catches my eye and i get the recipricating 'eyes' back then i make a move... going out on your own to pick up chicks can be a bit of a warning flare for some women.... he's on his own, he's chatting me up... he wants one thing some girls that are ho's will be fair game, if you can respect a woman after an easy lay and then dating her good luck

Through friends is a great way to meet a solid chick with her head screwed on tight, unlike ones you might find drunk at a bar who turn out damn psycho, beaches, sporting events, even the mall are great places if you have no fears about aproaching women yourself

Clubs worked for me but that usually meant I would be tied to said club. Once I got rid of the whole bar scene I pretty much met women every where. At my old gym, the store, the mall, pretty much where ever I went. Confidence in yourself goes a long way.

It's said over and over, but you have opportunities everyday. Every time u stand in line w/ a girl behind you. Every time u walk into your favourite coffee shop, Neighbours etc.
I've met all my long term g/fs this way. Chicks from bars....fun but I wouldn't want to call them girlfriends.

One of the supermarkets (foodmarts) over here ran a singles thing every Thursday night. All you had to do was have some bananas in the top of your trolley. If they were facing up it meant you were a single & were on the lookout.
If you happened to be in there on a Thursday just to do the shopping (not scoping for chicks) & needed bananas, you'd just make sure they were hidden in the trolley or facing down. That was years ago now - we used to go around dumping bananas in senior citizens trolleys for giggle. Maybe you should drop a little note in the suggestion box next time you're getting some food.

The produce department
Ive met 3 women in years past in the produce department,especially over by the cucumbers!!LOL!!
Im serious women have a knack at knowing how to feel and smell the better fresh fruit and vegtables out,I always act stupid and ask for there advice,obviously if no rock on there finger is spotted  then go from there.coffee shops are a great resource as well.Hathy is right as well,using a beloved pet as an excuse to go to a local park where the babes abound,alot of women love walking there own dogs as well. Agreat website for learning alot on is called Askmen.com ,terrific resource for the single guy trust me!!Good luck

its true that there are girls everywhere and u get an opportunity every day when u goto the store or wherever, but wouldnt u think it would be weird for the girl for u to just go up to her and say hi or whatever? wouldnt she think, "damn wat a freak" or sumtin like that?

How about online? I've personally never tried it but have some friends that find tons of people on there. But so true, you could practically meet women or men anywhere. I have met guys driving on the highway. You can meet em anywhere, its finding a good one thats the tough job!! Good Luck!
