Weight loss''' and cutting question(looks like i messed the heading up there x_x lol)
I am a 14 years old i use to weigh 242 but now i am currently 220 6foot tall i am not what some people would say fat but buff right now i am trying to lose a little more weight but afaird to lose muscle in process i am also currently benching 210lb if that tells you anything lol. i need some help on maybe makeing or changeing something up for the most fat loss as i can get right now ive been follow the basic rules of eating 3hours a day drinking gallon of water here my diet plan........
Mon- egg x2 morning with oatmeal
m2- Bar(made up of nuts n other fruits(school gets in way so can not eat normal food for meals 2-3)
m3 bar
m4 chicken breast with greenbeans or white rice
m5 tuna very little Vegeatable or protien shake Depending on sports in time
m6- after workout or 3hours before bed egg x2 or egg whites x3
currenting getting about 7 and half hours of sleep depending on week day or weekend
Work outs are mainly covering mon- chest bi tri neck run 20mins
tue legs calves back abs run 30min
wed- run 30min
thur-baseball
friday off
sat run 15-30mins
sunday off
im trying to cut but however i am also new to some of this stuff currnetly reading a book called BMFF by Tom Venuto learned very much from it also before my workouts i take N2 Explode if that has anything to do with any of this.but if u got any idea's i could do or anything i could inprove on from your point of view i would be very happy to hear it
