Default Weight lose and cutting question?

Weight loss''' and cutting question(looks like i messed the heading up there x_x lol)
I am a 14 years old i use to weigh 242 but now i am currently 220 6foot tall i am not what some people would say fat but buff right now i am trying to lose a little more weight but afaird to lose muscle in process i am also currently benching 210lb if that tells you anything lol. i need some help on maybe makeing or changeing something up for the most fat loss as i can get right now ive been follow the basic rules of eating 3hours a day drinking gallon of water here my diet plan........

Mon- egg x2 morning with oatmeal
m2- Bar(made up of nuts n other fruits(school gets in way so can not eat normal food for meals 2-3)
m3 bar
m4 chicken breast with greenbeans or white rice
m5 tuna very little Vegeatable or protien shake Depending on sports in time
m6- after workout or 3hours before bed egg x2 or egg whites x3
currenting getting about 7 and half hours of sleep depending on week day or weekend

Work outs are mainly covering mon- chest bi tri neck run 20mins
tue legs calves back abs run 30min
wed- run 30min
thur-baseball
friday off
sat run 15-30mins
sunday off

im trying to cut but however i am also new to some of this stuff currnetly reading a book called BMFF by Tom Venuto learned very much from it also before my workouts i take N2 Explode if that has anything to do with any of this.but if u got any idea's i could do or anything i could inprove on from your point of view i would be very happy to hear it

Current weight- 220
Height- 6foot

first of all youll get more responses by posting it in relevant sections.. but since your new dont sweat it, alright your diet looks pretty good with a fair amount of protien. looks like a good clean bulk that you should lose some fat on, as long as you stick to a clean diet liek that everyday, have a cheat meal once and a while but thats it! and spread your weight lifting sessions up a bit.. you dont have to split up running and workouts, just do the run after. make it so your lifting 4 days a week with 15 or so minutes of cardio after every session.. not including baseball and you should be cutting fat in no time. make sure to keep your intensity up. whats your workout program look like.. reps and sets wise.

Well see when i started back in oct i had member ship to gym in all when i wasnt so knowlege able to lifting over training and eating i use to only allow myself 2meals a day thinking that it would do something for me however it did but wasnt the most healthyest thing for my muscles i dropped my weight but the weight i did drop was lean body mass without knowing that i was happy tho i looked better but just wasnt stronger then my dad bought me a book that taught me soo much not only tht i read ton of stuff on here when i wasnt working out or training i was reading once i found out what bulking and cutting was i decided to bulk so i can gain the lean muscle mass i lost put back on but after while my bro stopped going to the gym(i cant drive) so i couldnt workout there anymore it expired too so i was left with my bowflex my dad left me after that i deieced to still workout free weights or no free weights on the bowflex untill football starts i am not currnetly working out in a gym but i do work each part of the body 3-4times with reps from 8-12 if that helps if u dont mind giving me some advice on some of the workouts you do so i can get in idea cuz once i go back to the gym i wont be a noobie again but be new to some workouts thx
