I like shredded wheat and bran...With a little Splenda and some skim milk it tastes great...
Decent protein, high quality carbs, tons of fiber, really low fat, really low sugar...Can't beat it for a late night snack!

If your looking for something sweet and fun..
Can't go wrong with sugar free Jello with any combination of fruit (banana's and strawberry's very good)... and the geletin is great for joints.

Ya, I rarely crave sweets but when I do its good to have some healthly "clean" foods to snack on.....as of right now the last meal I eat on Sunday is whatever I want...not much but it helps the constant IV of chicken...tuna....fish.....chicken....tuna....fish
