Talking What to eat at CRAVING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm currently on a diet (high protien/med carbs). I'm also cycling with Halodrol. I have will-power of steel....sometimes. I was wondering if you guys have any "clean" deserts or "off-diet" snacks you eat. I had a craving for something sweet the other day and ate an apple ...didnt help much. Any good high protien (shakes etc.) "clean" food you guys recommend?

I like shredded wheat and bran...With a little Splenda and some skim milk it tastes great...

Decent protein, high quality carbs, tons of fiber, really low fat, really low sugar...Can't beat it for a late night snack!

If your looking for something sweet and fun..

Can't go wrong with sugar free Jello with any combination of fruit (banana's and strawberry's very good)... and the geletin is great for joints.

live a little, breaking the diet once a week is alright. one cheat meal per week would do little to hurt your weight loss.

I am quite happy that i do not like sweet stuff at all. Ill eat a pound of ham in a package before i eat a frosty from wendys.

Ya, I rarely crave sweets but when I do its good to have some healthly "clean" foods to snack on.....as of right now the last meal I eat on Sunday is whatever I want...not much but it helps the constant IV of chicken...tuna....fish.....chicken....tuna....fish
