wether you like rap or not....this song will make you want to kill someone....i listened to it right before i went out for every basketball game in my four year high school career....and it worked...try it out

I usually dl entire cd's....too hard to think of so many diff songs. Then put them all on mine on shuffle. Of all the entire cd's I put on mine, the only band that I can say I don't skip through any of their songs is Fall Out Boy.

Linkin Park is good to workout to. I listen to Fuel some too. Tool has a few songs that I think are on my playlist as well.

I honestly work out to classical sounding music. Faster classical though. LIke the soundtrack to Gladiator and Bourne Identity. Thehy arent classical so much, but instrumental music, but very motivating, I dont know, maybe its because of the movies too. Either way, there are some ideas.
