anyone know what would be a good hieght for a amateur bodybuilder?

im like thinking about amateur bodybuilding and what to do for it..

natural..

that depends on what class you want to compete in, like if you are 6' and competing in the light heavies with guys that are 5'7-9" you are going to look small and would not be competitive. so it really depends on what your own height is

No such thing as natural bodybuilding. Height I would say 5'8 to 6' is best.

Height and Weight should compliment one another. If you compete at 160 lbs and you are 6'0, that would be thin but if you are 5'5 at 160, that will look nice. Its all relative. There is no magic height and weight.

Everybody is different! Some people have a much more bone density than other that have a lot more muscle and both can weigh the same. One of my friends after a cycle weighted 240lbs as much as me but he looked a lot more muscular than me. We have the same height. So, I think I have big thicker bones than him. The funny thing is that he lost just about all the weight after one year and I still weigh 235lbs. Go figure
