Default Crunch - Fatboy

Hey folks, bought a new sound system for my car, and the dude in the store told me that theres this new company called crunch, never heard of it before in the uk, but its meant to be some serious shizzle over in the states. Anyone ever heard of it?

Its a 2000watt carpeted subwoofer with perspex casing and titanium shells.

I agree. It may sound ok but when compared to a quality sub you will notice the difference. What ever you decide to do make sure you have a good amp to power your set up.

These may be more expensive, but infinity makes excellent subs. The kappa perfect series hit HARD and very clean. Also, JBL makes incredible amps for car systems.

crunch sucks. fosgate is over-rated, but still are good speakers.

Yeah infinity have got some serious bass with enuff of a price to go with it, so u guys dont reccommend crunch then? Im gonna go for JBL, something like the GTO range, ive got a jbl gto 1200 watt amp to so it shud go flush.

There are really strict noise ordinances in my town....too strict to have a large system in a car...unless you want a hefty fine....

Awesome. What are you looking for in a speaker? are you going for competition? or just for your own enjoyment?

Infinity does cost a pretty penny, but they are worth it. Plus you get a better warranty with infinity which is really nice. especially if you like it turned oud and a speaker blows for some reason, you can get a new one for free. thats part of why infinity charges a litle more than others. Also because their stuf is high quality shiznit that you can rely on.
