As for me...I ****ing hate spiders. They creep me the hell out.

I remember one time when I was down in Florida and there were two on my ceiling..I had to squash them before I even thought of sleeping. Just the thought of them skittering about while im asleep gets me. Ick.

I lived in Texas for 6 months and they had these huge cockroach things...I had to take the garbage out one night. It was an apartment so I was walking to the dumpster on the sidewalk and I kept hearing things falling. I thought it was leaves or something, but it was those huge bugs...they were falling all over. It was disgusting. Ever since then I can't stand any bugs.

ah I still live in Texas and yes, they just freak me out... I was laying down on the couch once and one got in through the fireplace and flew at me... I jumped as if I was struck by lightning... I destroyed it! it ran to the patio door and I closed the patio's sliding door on it about 10 times till it was small pieces!

Snakes.....I can look at them, but they need to stay away from me. They creep me out. Poobs was joking with me the other day, telling me he would get a snake for a pet. I told him you bring a snake in this house I'm out.

Like most of the people here, im afraid of spiders and snakes.

A general rule of thumb for me, if it has too many legs or none at all, i dont like it.

it may be unmany but im prety much afrain of all insects.
even like grasshoppers. something about bugs just give me the pansy jitters.

i especially hate spiders

im also afraid of failure in life.

While we were there we got a ferret for a pet. We made the ferret this huge house (well cage...but house sounds better). One evening the ferret was hanging out in his cage on the back porch and I went out to get it to bring him in, but he was cornered and those bugs were lined up surrounding him. I think they were going to kill him!

Another time we were watching tv and I kept hearing something flick, flick, flick, flick. (I just got the chills typing this...that is how freaked out I get). Finally I found the flicking and it was from this little trash can, not the kitchen one either...just a small trash bin. So I leaned down and that little bastard was buzzing around in there. I screamed and threw the wastebasket on the back porch. Those things are nasty.

1. flying in an airplane! I love vacation but i always have to take 3-4 gravols prior...it knocks me right out like a baby!

2. snakes! Even though i did touch a huge one before and it was right in front of my eyes...i am still really afraid...lol ...they say you should do/touch whatever you are afraid of so you can get over your phobia...is that true?

Dunno. But im sure as heck not touching or letting any spiders run all over me. I have the agree with the 'bugs'/ arachnides thing. If anyone has seen a scorpion up close. They are fugly.

I have you beat...when I lived in Miami I woke up in the night to two scorpions on my ceiling! They were small, but I was 8 yrs old at the time and from that night on I did a extensive check of my room (including putting towels under the door) to screen for scorpions....

Otherwise I am only really afraid of heights.....and not really airplane stuff...it is more like when I am near a railing or something....I really hate it when people "joke" about falling over....
