Hey everyone,
I just wanted to tell everyone how much this really bothered me. I am not trying to be a softy but i just got done reading this girls post and it upsets me. Look at Pictures Of Me from em0_makes_me_cry. This girl thinks that she is 28% body fat and is trying to lose weight. Her personal trainer fed her some bs saying she is 28% body fat to keep her as cliental. This really made me upset when i saw the pictures of this girl and saw she was trying to lose weight. Look at her diet "Meal 1: My go Lean Cereal + Banana (theres 14 g protein in the cereal) Meal 2: 1/2 cup uncooked rice with 1 scoop of whey Workout Meal 3:1 tbsp almond butter and 2 small pitas Pre Workout Meal 4: 1 scoop of whey + 1 apple Meal 5: 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup cttg cheese + some veggies Meal 6: 1/2 cottage cheese and 1 tbsp almond butter" She seriously has an eating disorder. Please help people like this. This is why i got into the personal training business. To help people like this. |

That girl left cause she thought everyone was attacking her. I feel for her. anyone that skinny and thinks she still needs to lose weight truly needs help. I hope that she will come to her senses and get help quick.

She was obviously suffering from anorexia nervosa and in her mind, not in ours, she was fat. It's a very evil mental illness to suffer from and there seems to be no way out other than shrivelling further and further into nothingness. I wouldn't make fun of her or judge her as being nuts. It's wrong to do that. I just hope that she manages to get the right type of help. We all need to learn to be a little more tolerant towards others. That would make us into better human beings.
