On being friends
Ok,so i had an ex that i was really good friends with before we started dating, we broke up overa year ago and havent really been keeping in touch, well, more likei've been ignoring her,
she's going with another guy now and she says she wants to be friends with me again, i agreed to try even though it was hard for me, problem is even when we have a normal conversation, i feel that theres a sort of wall between us and the silly conversations that used to be so fun are kinda dull now, any ideas why? or maybe its just a lost cause to try and salvage the friendship?

I personally find it very hard to try to be friends with ex's. I'd say it's a lost cause. I don't think that wall ever goes away. Plus, you'll probably just end up banging her again & then having to beat up her boyfriend. Too much trouble!

I'd say just leave her be. If you two got along really well as just friends then that'd be another story, but it's hard to be just friends after being emotionally involved.
