thanks dude. i think i may be in the clear. i was kind of nervous. today i did legs and i felt great so i kept stacking up the weight.. but i had 8 plates on each side of the leg press today and it was my 3rd set and in the middle of set i start to get this excruciating pain in from my ab to my groin. so i finished my set, got up and walked it off.. went back to the machine put 50 lbs moer on reped out ten more and felt ok. then i stacked 40 lbs more on each side.. and the pain came back and i could only get a set of 6.. and now its still here and lingering.. and since its from my ab down to my groin i was kind of worried it might be something. but no lump or anything as of yet, its only beeen a couple hrs

I am really interested in finding our what that pain is because I have had it about 3 times in the past 2 years. It happened to me last thursday on leg day. I was using the leg press and had a lot of weight on it for me. Never really noticed any pain. When I got home and laid down. I had a pain that went from my navel to the tip of my penis. It just about made me cry. I couldn't move at all. It felt like my guts were ripping. Anyone know what this is.

Yeah, it really scared teh crap out of me. But, I didn't miss a day of lifting and I was right back doing heavy legs today. No problem, I think it is either a minor hernia or kidney stones. Those are the only things that I can think of that would hurt this bad.

well if it was a hernia.. i dont think u would have been able to walk the following day.. even a few hours later, which is why i think im alright... my groin is better, by the left side of my midsection is ****ing killing me
