Several reasons. He needs some "him" time, focus on his own goals. he gets hammered constantly from people on the article...which in itself is fine, except that 99% of the people are not reading it all....and asking questions that are already answered in there, or they are looking for a way to shorten the program or make it easier which would defeat the whole purpose. It just got annoying.

I think I was out of the gym at around 45-50 mins. I also changed some of the lifts that you had listed.
The first week or 2 it will kick the living **** out of you, I was completely out of breath the whole time when I first started. When you get to the point that your not out of breath then you start slowing things down and really concentrating on the movements and the stretchs, it starts kicking your ass all over again
You gotta do it by the book, I've been doing it for 2 months now and just started another phase of it that he didn't originaly post, I'm back to getting my ass kicked all over again it is a great workout

Thanks guys. Yeah Mouse was right, right now I need to focus on my own training for a while because iot started suffering due to being pulled in all directions at once. Yeah, it got annoying to have to answer and re-answer the questions that are already answered in the article and it got major annoying trying to help the people that never read the whole thing and those who wanted me to make an easier going of it for them. Cant help anyone who doesnt have all the info no matter how good you are. And you damned well cant help those who are too lazy to work hard for anything.


Right now I can be found over at Mightys World. If you guys want help on the routine in the article, please see me there. I will only help those that start journals, though. That tells me what you're doing or not doing and how much of the program you actually took the time to read and understand. Im not just going to be blindly answering questions anymore. Why? because Im human and Im not a presonal trainer. Sorry, but I dont have the patience to be one. Thats why I dont charge for my help and I never will. My only price is hard work, focus, and honesty on your part.


Stuk is one of my "disciples" that has stuck to the program religiously. His discription of it is on the money. He has now been rewarded with a part of the program that was never posted but will allow him to make even better gains. My program works, folks. It works damned good. You just gotta grow a set of balls to do it. But the rewards are more than worth it. I didnt promise steroid like gains for nothing.
