I like to start of with something that reminds me why I lift, so before I start I like to listen to sonething like:
Finger Eleven: One Thing.
Angry Anderson: Bound For Glory.

In the work out it would be something like:
U2
Kevin "Bloody" Wilson
Angry Anderson or Rose Tattoo
Type-O-Negative
Smashing Pumpkins
Blooduster
Bjork (I honestly dont know why, but it works)
Fuel
Various movie sound tracks.

Chilling out afterwards I like to listen to something like Sia Furler.

Default WorkOut Music

I am sure this has been posted a bunch of times. I am just looking for some good music to listen to while working out. So if you would could you please list some of you favorite songs and who they are by. This would be greatly appreciated. I mean I listen to good music just looking for some new and plus my music is getting kinda old..

I listen to all kinds of rock: disturbed, mudvayne, underoath, staple, breaking benjamin, nickelback, sevendust, nonpoint, skindred, pillar, trapt, korn, bullet for my valentine, chasing vistory, bleed the dream, from autumn to ashes, godsmack, dizmas, thousand foot krutch, 36 crazyfists.. There ya go, enough bands to keep you pumped.

I dunno. My workout gym either plays octane 21 or maxime radio on SIRIUS radio. Anything that plays on there is good. But some of my best songs come from mudvayne like "fall into sleep". Any song on any cd i own is just about perfect too. My best cds for working out is mudvayne, underoath, disturbed, bullet for my valentine, staple, 36 crazyfists, and bleed the dream,

Tool and Papa Roach do not ever belong in the same group of anything....they should not even be spoken of in the same paragraph as Tool owns all of the other bands you listed especially Papa Roach
