I don't care what anyone says. Their is nothing more inspiring than Rocky Soundtracks, especially part IV while your working out. I can't listen to music that doesn't speak to me. I have a varied selection of music I listen to, but if It does not speak to me about my determination, my struggle, my goals, my ups, and my downs than it really isn't motivating. I like to make my workouts tough and tiring, but glorious and somthing to be proud of as well.

BUMP, anything Rocky, as well as stuff like Linkin Park, Drowining Pool, Papa Rouch, Limp Bizkit, and ofcourse the old stuff (ACDC, Black Sabbath, Mettallica, etc)

I don't really listen to music when I lift, as I would probably get my headphones caught and end up breaking them. The gym that I go to plays totally crap radio over the sound system; it's not exactly inspiring. Maybe I should start taking a walkman.
