Hey guys, I was wondering about eating for strength training, and my goal is to get strong, be able to do alot of pullups and pushups, and body weight excersize. After my workout I have been having stuff like fruits, and some nuts to help digest the fat soluble vitamins. I have 3 questions

, Is this a good post workout snack? 2nd question, does eating a post workout snack help you to personally see faster results and help you to get stronger? and my 3rd question is will my body naturally tell me it needs more fuel for repair through hunger, or do I need to eat more even if I am not hungry to get strong? the third question is kind of dumb, but sometimes I feel like I am eating when I am not even hungry. any advice would be appreciated thankyou~erica
