Hey Guys, I used to be able to do 11 pullups, without even trying, but I stopped for a while and now I can only do 5, I just recently started strength training, and my main goal is to get strong. I don't really want to get super buff, as much as I want to get super strong. Does anyone know how long it takes to see results from strength training? It has only been 2 weeks since I started. and how long should I recover so I don't get weaker? Thankyou~erica
