Today seemed to be lats with no ass day at my gym.
How can we get women to do deadlifts/lunges/squats to gain size on thier butts and hamstrings? You now to look more feminine.>> ![]() A few of these female gym rats have nice developed arms, and backs, and shoulders. However they have no butt meat. And thier developed upper body makes thier butt look even smaller. From the back you would mistake them for a small dude if not for thier hair I don't get women who obviously train much and have for a while now who, however, don't understand how to get proprotioned properly. I don't even see them attempt an excercise that would develop substantial meat on butt/hamstrings. They all just keep doing all this new school, "core" and other slow twitch routines? You know the kind where to do a lung, holding a 5 lb dumbell, then do a curl at same time? |

Seriously, what is these new school trainers animostly to old school compound lifts (deads,squats,pull ups,bench press); and their turning of every single "isolation" excercise into some sort of "core" or new age compound excercise? Just seems like gimicks they sell to housewives & other less inclined folks.
Anyways, I am keeping it old school with no regrets. |
