Hi all,
My wife who used to be at around 30lb had gained weight over the last 4 years and is now 160lb. She is a vegetarian not a vegan and is a working gal (9-5). I am no expert but she asked me if I could ask you guys. Any advise on how she can loose these 30lb and get leaner. Her workout is minimal and varies becuase of busy schedule. She is planning to join a gym and get personal training but before doing that she wants to know if that is a good idea or a waste of money. Also male or female personal trainer is better? much thanks... |

A good trainer who she is comfortable with.
AND simply HIRING a personal trainer isn't enough. She needs to make sure she has all the bases covered...
