Totally agree w/ Joe here! Educate yourself on nutrition and the only supplements worth taking (in my opinion) are the ones listed above. What you put in your mouth, and when you put it in your mouth, is the single most important thing. You could have the greatest routine and genetics but if you eat crap you won't get the best results.
