Exclamation I need serious help!

ok so im 5'6 and 200 lbs. my measurements are about 40-45-55 im pretty evened out everywhere but i have always struggled with weight loss. i just started the south beach diet. also i did liposuction in my gut because it was horrible but now the skin is nasty and i feel like im loose and soft everywhere. my chest is way soft and need a major lift, my back is hunched, stomach hangs, inner thighs rub and butt is flat. my most major concern is my stomach but my entire needs a makeover. can someone help me please.. advise me . is the south beach diet gonna work? Im starting to hit the gym.. i usually do cardio as my main workout. 5-6 days is my plan. Elliptical is always done for 30-45 minutes and then 5-10 minutes on the stir master. plz anything will help. u can even email me at my personal email address....

I moved this to the ladies section for you.

I have a couple friends that have done well on the South Beach Diet. It's a good place to start as you work to change your eating habits and lifestyle.

It takes time for skin to 'tighten' back up after weight loss or surgical procedure. Do you take Vitamin E. That will also help a bit.

Your cardio is fine for what you at this point. Weight loss takes time and lifting will help your progression in that direction. Age and genetics play a role in how long it will take your skin to tighten up as well.

There are some hints and tips in the 'sticky' threads above that might be of some help to you.

Lifting will help to strengthen your core and frame and help your posture in the long run.

What is your plan for lifting?
Have you lifted before?
Do you have a trainer to help you establish a lifting routine if you have never lifted before?

I did south beach for awhile a few weeks ago. I still incorporate many of the recipes into my "diet" now. South Beach worked really well for me when I was in the induction stage but after that I stopped following the plan to a 'T' and still with working out still lost about 2 pounds a week. I think it's well-rounded enough to help you reset your mind with proper portion sizes and the right mix of foods to eat. Goodluck!
