Hi guys,
long time no hear, I just found out i'm have a bun in the oven. After six weeks of feeling really lazy, tired, dizzy not in the mood, and totally didnt workout-cardio for a whole week which is so unlike me. I finally dragged myself to the gym today and but decided to take it down a notch coz I wasnt sure what max heart rate i should be looking at being in my predicament. Haven't gone to the doctor yet coz I'm still on the fence wether to keep or not. But if anyone out there has any thought and advice on what limitaions i should be observing now, please post. Thanks! |
