Each month we all go through it, but I just don't know how to curb my cravings the few days before of our wonderful monthly friend. I tend to just wanting to eat.
I try to drink more water in replacement, but it just doesn't cut it sometimes. I also try to break down my regular daily diet into smaller portions and spread it out more through out the day. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't want to stray from my regular diet as much as possible. Any tips to how you ladies deal with it? Thanks! |

I have totally become a choc and sugar aholic and its every day of the month. Coming off a extremely clean diet, the sugar has taken over me and makes me weak, lol. I just picked up some protein bars and cookies to try and keep these for the cravings. I also use the 100 calories puddings for when I need a treat.
Ice cream is my biggest weakness of all.. I save that for the weekend..

Yea, generally I just want to eat anything. And then I feel disgusting afterwards. So I just try to avoid it as much as possible, even though it gets realllly hard.
A nice cup of hot chocolate sounds really good right about now. |

I think Hawk has a great mindset. Know that you are going to have cravings and yet don't punish yourself by not eating what you are craving. EAT, but do it wisely and w/ a bit of control. I am a man so maybe I should just keep my yap shut but, you can't do wrong w/ the advice given so far...
