Hi guys, joined this site yesterday. Am looking for a little advice as to new to this. I am curently workign on my weight programme but am struggling with my nutrition. I am 5ft2, 112lbs (not sure on body fat) am looking to lose any extra fat i have (especially my little belly) and have muscle definition.
I have calculated that with the exercise i do i need to eat 2010 calories... am doing a 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat... i needed to work out how many grams of each i need to eat a day... so i have worked out that i need to eat 201 grams of carbs, 201 grams of protein and 44grams of fat.... have i worked this out correctly???
Also should i be eating carbs,protein and fat in every meal? I work 10.5 hours a day so majority of my meals will be at work, i will also be havign a protein shake in the morning as i cant stomach food for a few hours... any advice on what i have written above would be so much appreciated...
I just want to start the right way and create the body i want
