Since she's interested in an upper/lower split and is just starting out here is what I would do in similar circumstances:
Upper Widegrip pulldown or seated cable rows Bench Press Dumbbell shoulder press Dumbbell curls CG bench, skull crushers, seated tri-extensions or even dips are much better choices than the rope press. Lower Squats SLDL or Romanian deads Hip abductors/adductors Machine/BB or DB calf raises Hyper extensions/good mornings or machine back extension Ab work Normally...I don't put squats and deads together...but I'm really not a fan of ham curls. I feel SLDL or R-deads are much better choices and since she's just starting out it probably won't tax her cns having squats and deads combined...now when/if she really gets up there with the weight in either or both...then she'll need to split them up. The only bearing her height may have on training would be with machines. I've heard more than one woman complain that machines just don't adjust well for their height. I know at my gym someone that is shorter than I at 5'7" would have a really tough time with the hip abductor and adductor machines...but you can swap the machine out in favor of using an ankle strap and cable. For ages I did all my abductor and adductor work using the lower cable on my machine here at home.
